My mission as a home organizer is to connect with clients on a deeper, more personal level. I understand that you want your home to be aligned with your values. and that you want to create positive change in your life.
Organizing is a process of self-discovery, I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to reach their goals. Our work together reflects quality of over quantity; it takes time to get it right.
Working collaboratively with my clients to identify their needs and develop practical strategies for achieving their goal, I offer a broad range of organizing services. The end result is a functional, personal, and organized space with aesthetic appeal.
Together, we will look at your space and how it would serve you best. From there items are sorted and edits are made - AKA decluttering. Get ready for some honest feedback. It can be hard to hear, but change is not always easy. Clients have different levels of involvement in each stage of the process, it's up to you.
With direct questions and some gentle prodding, we can estimate the following times, depending on size and the scope of work. But of course you set the pace.
Closets 2-10 hours
Bedrooms 3-15 hours
Kitchen 5-18 hours
Home office 6-36 hours depending on filing needs
I work primarily with women, most of whom are experiencing a period of transition or pressure in life. They may be motivated by changes in relationships, aging parents, health or financial concerns, a household move, growing children, or empty nests,. These are perfect times to downsize your things and upgrade your life. Most importantly, my clients must want something to change and be ready to reconsider their possessions, habits, and what they give their attention to.
Prior to our session, a 10 minute strategy call via video chat is offered at no charge so that we are ready to dive right in on the day of our appointment. All prices are based on one principle organizer. For large or urgent work, you may chose to add an additional organizer at $45 per hour.
This is a three-hour session, perfect to tackle a small project, or create a DIY plan for other spaces..
A five-hour session will give us time to really get a handle on what your goals are and get things moving in the that direction. Complete a small to mid-sized project or lay the groundwork for a larger one.
Nesting Doll is pleased to offer the following maintenance packages to current clients.
A series of 6 three-hour sessions in a 2 month period
A series of 6 five-hour sessions in a 2 month period.
In need of something more specific? Menu planning, photo organizing, memento presentation, and more are offered on a seasonal basis.
